Effective Date: October 11, 2026
SwapMingle is committed to keeping the SwapMingle community safe for everyone, including children and teens. This page explains SwapMingle’s child safety standards, what conduct is prohibited, and how to report a concern.
1. Our Commitment
SwapMingle has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual extortion of minors, trafficking, and other forms of child exploitation.
SwapMingle is not intended for children under 13. Anyone who uses SwapMingle must follow applicable law and SwapMingle’s Terms of Use.
2. Prohibited Conduct
SwapMingle prohibits creating, uploading, distributing, soliciting, or facilitating:
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
- sexual content involving a minor;
- grooming or attempts to exploit a minor;
- sexual extortion of a minor;
- trafficking or other child exploitation; or
- any other content or behavior that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits a child.
This prohibition applies to SwapMingle profiles, item listings, Swap Stories, messages, Groups, comments, and any other use of the SwapMingle service.
3. Reporting a Concern
If you see something on SwapMingle that may involve child sexual abuse, exploitation, or other harm to a minor, please report it.
You can report a profile, listing, or Swap Story through the in-app Report feature. Select Other and describe the child safety concern as clearly as you can.
You can also email SwapMingle at hello@swapmingle.com.
Please do not email suspected illegal images or videos. Describe the concern in writing and, where possible, identify the profile, listing, Swap Story, or other SwapMingle content involved.
4. How We Respond
SwapMingle reviews reported child safety concerns and takes action consistent with applicable law and these standards.
Depending on the circumstances, SwapMingle may:
- restrict access to reported content;
- restrict, suspend, or cancel accounts; and
- refer qualifying incidents to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other appropriate authorities.
SwapMingle reviews child safety reports and prioritizes concerns involving immediate risks to children. Appropriate action is determined by the nature of each report, the information available, and applicable legal requirements.
5. Working With Authorities
SwapMingle responds to child exploitation concerns in accordance with applicable reporting and preservation laws.
Where required, SwapMingle may preserve relevant information and cooperate with law enforcement or other authorized authorities investigating child exploitation.
